La titular del organismo controlado por el r\u00e9gimen chavista desoy\u00f3 las denuncias nacionales e internacionales de fraude y, tras un supuesto escrutinio de las actas de las elecciones presidenciales en las que el Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE), ente tambi\u00e9n funcional al oficialismo, proclam\u00f3 triunfador al actual jefe de Estado, quien quedar\u00eda as\u00ed habilitado para cumplir un tercer mandato de seis a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCertifica de forma inobjetable el material electoral peritado y convalida esta sala los resultados de la elecci\u00f3n presidencial del 28 de julio del 2024, emitidos por el Consejo Nacional Electoral,\u00a0<strong>donde result\u00f3 electo el ciudadano Nicol\u00e1s Maduro Moros como presidente de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela para el per\u00edodo constitucional 2025-2031<\/strong>. As\u00ed se decide\u00bb, rez\u00f3 la sentencia le\u00edda por Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3n del tribunal, solicitada por Maduro, fue cuestionada por observadores locales y extranjeros que dudan de la independencia del organismo y aseguran que no tiene competencia electoral.
