La novedad fue dada a conocer por el vocero presidencial\u00a0<strong>Manuel Adorn<\/strong>i desde su cuenta de la red social X.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<article id=\"article-post\">\n<div class=\"cuerpo\" data-twitter-link=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?url=https:\/\/www.diariopopular.com.ar\/c814972&amp;via=poopulardiario&amp;related=Popular&amp;text=\">\n<p>\u00abDos novedades econ\u00f3micas:\u00a0<strong>a partir de ma\u00f1ana el plan Procrear tal y como lo conocemos dejar\u00e1 de existir<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s de esto, se comenzar\u00e1n a permitir\u00a0<strong>las `hipotecas divisibles`<\/strong> para proyectos inmobiliarios en desarrollo\u00bb, indic\u00f3 el portavoz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abGran gesti\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>Luis Caputo<\/strong>\u00a0(ministro de Econom\u00eda). Se espera que la medida sea publicada durante las pr\u00f3ximas horas en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/p>\n<p>El anuncio se realiz\u00f3 por redes sociales, lo mismo que hab\u00eda ocurrido con el cambio de nombre del\u00a0<strong>ahora exGasoducto N\u00e9stor Kirchner y con la\u00a0desregulaci\u00f3n del servicio de correos y operadores postales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Plan Procrear fue lanzado en junio de 2012 por la entonces presidenta Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner<\/strong>. sido muy importante\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 en aquel momento.<\/p>\n<p>El plan para la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas tiene actualmente m\u00e1s de 17 mil obras en curso, depende del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda que encabeza Luis Caputo y se encuentra bajo la administraci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Territorial, H\u00e1bitat y Vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Desde la llegada de\u00a0<strong>Javier Milei<\/strong>\u00a0a la Casa Rosada, ya cerraron fondos fiduciarios vinculados a la<strong>\u00a0educaci\u00f3n, la salud, la actividad agropecuaria, la protecci\u00f3n de bosques y la urbanizaci\u00f3n de barrios<\/strong>, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los primeros en ser eliminado fue el\u00a0<strong>Fondo para el Fortalecimiento Fiscal de la Provincia de Buenos Aires<\/strong>, creado por el gobierno de\u00a0<strong>Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>\u00a0para el fortalecimiento bonaerense con recursos obtenidos a partir de la revisi\u00f3n de los montos
