La resoluci\u00f3n judicial se conoci\u00f3 este jueves.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1431\">Seg\u00fan el fallo, el magistrado dispuso, adem\u00e1s, un\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1226\">embargo de $15 millones<\/strong>\u00a0sobre los bienes del acusado. En el auto de procesamiento se detalla que, en caso de no declarar bienes dentro del plazo de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1351\">72 horas<\/strong>\u00a0una vez firme la resoluci\u00f3n, se ordenar\u00e1 su\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1428\">inhibici\u00f3n general de bienes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1782\">a medida llega luego de una serie de declaraciones y pruebas incorporadas al expediente. Fuentes judiciales se\u00f1alaron que se tomaron en cuenta\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1620\">testimonios<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1634\">mensajes<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1657\">pericias m\u00e9dicas<\/strong>\u00a0que respaldar\u00edan la denuncia presentada por los allegados de la cantante. Hasta tanto avance el proceso, Garc\u00eda G\u00f3mez permanecer\u00e1 detenido.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"2078\">La causa contin\u00faa en etapa de instrucci\u00f3n y podr\u00eda elevarse a juicio en los pr\u00f3ximos meses. La defensa del imputado a\u00fan no defini\u00f3 si apelar\u00e1 la decisi\u00f3n.
