A su vez, el tribunal revisor dijo que YPF fue\u00a0<strong>exculpada de forma correcta en su proceso de estatizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que se dio durante el \u00faltimo gobierno de Cristina Kirchner.<\/p>\n<p title=\"__IP__\" data-ipspy=\"__IP__\">No obstante, las partes tendr\u00e1n como \u00faltimo recurso a la Corte Suprema norteamericana.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso judicial, que se inici\u00f3 en 2015, tuvo su primer fallo de primera instancia en 2023 contrario a los intereses del Estado argentino.
