pedido de los diputados nacionales <strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Pichetto y Nicol\u00e1s Massot<\/strong> para suspender con una medida cautelar interina el art\u00edculo 154 del <strong>DNU 70\/2023 <\/strong>que derog\u00f3 la<strong> Ley de Tierras Rurales (26.737) <\/strong>fue rechazado por el <strong>Juzgado Nacional de Primera Instancia en lo Contencioso Administrativo Federal N\u00ba 1 de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires,<\/strong> a cargo de <strong>Enrique Alonso Regueira<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<article id=\"article-post\">\n<div class=\"cuerpo\" data-twitter-link=\"#TWEMBEDLINK#\">\n<p id=\"p-1791242890041-62334\">En el fallo, el tribunal argument\u00f3 que <strong>\u00abno se acredita la concurrencia de circunstancias graves y objetivamente impostergables\u00bb<\/strong> que justifiquen la aceptaci\u00f3n de la pre-cautelar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<article id=\"article-post\">\n<div class=\"cuerpo\" data-twitter-link=\"#TWEMBEDLINK#\">\n<p id=\"p-1791242890041-49167\">Pichetto y Massot, ambos del bloque<strong> Encuentro Federal<\/strong>, hab\u00edan realizado una presentaci\u00f3n luego de que la Corte Suprema de Justicia <strong>revocara la sentencia de la C\u00e1mara Federal de La Plata<\/strong> y rechazara la demanda promovida por el CECIM por \u00abfalta de Pichetto pidi\u00f3 reducir el plazo a dos d\u00edas.<strong> \u201cIncluso una negativa r\u00e1pida permitir\u00eda acudir a las instancias superiores<\/strong>. Estamos frente a una situaci\u00f3n de gravedad institucional, el rechazo de la cautelar preventiva es un indicio de la suerte que puede correr nuestra presentaci\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el diputado.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1791242890041-7864\"><strong>\u00abMientras la Justicia demora, se pueden concretar esas ventas, con grave riesgo para el patrimonio nacional<\/strong>. Esta decisi\u00f3n permite que esa situaci\u00f3n contin\u00fae\u00bb, destac\u00f3 Pichetto.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p-1791242890041-67368\">Al margen de la presentaci\u00f3n en la Justicia, Pichetto y Massot firmaron el pedido de la oposici\u00f3n para <strong>tratar en una sesi\u00f3n especial el DNU 70\/2023 el pr\u00f3ximo 15 de octubre, junto a Discapacidad y Endeudamiento Familiar<\/strong>.
