La presentaci\u00f3n se concret\u00f3 luego de que venciera el lunes el plazo de dos semanas que la Argentina hab\u00eda otorgado al Reino Unido para frenar las actividades vinculadas con la iniciativa. La Oficina del Presidente confirm\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n mediante un comunicado oficial.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--second-paragraph\">\n<p id=\"p-1791894332991-35592\">La solicitud apunta a preservar los derechos soberanos que la Argentina reclama sobre su plataforma continental y evitar que el avance del proyecto agrave la controversia con Londres.<strong> El Gobierno busca que el tribunal, con sede en Hamburgo, adopte medidas urgentes mientras se constituye el \u00f3rgano arbitral que deber\u00e1 examinar el conflicto de fondo. <\/strong>La presentaci\u00f3n no implica una suspensi\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de las operaciones, ya que ser\u00e1n los jueces quienes deber\u00e1n evaluar los argumentos argentinos y resolver si
